Sara's unit was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated all the extras that came with the unit (beach chairs, water toys, aloe cream for after a day in the sun, etc), she provided things we didn't know we needed until we got there. Communication was excellent, we arrived after hours and her instructions took all the stress out of a late check-in. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Sara was a great host! It was exactly how it was described and it was such a great location. Halfway between north and south shore. She had lots of recomendations and always there for support. Thank you so much will definitely consider again if we go to kauai again

A basic quality AirBnB is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. So when you find a “gem” (like this one), you’ll know it. Sara’s place was spotlessly clean and stylish—a great place to crash after a day of adventures. We loved “the little things” like having beach chairs, a blender for a morning protein shake or even a jar of q-tips in the bathroom. Everything inside was thoughtfully planned. The beds were comfortable and the air was cold. The location is a great central jumping-off point for exploring the island, though not as ideal if you’re looking to stay mostly in one area. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Kauai. Book it…but leave a week for us to return in the future!

Nicely furnished apartment, light and airy, with easy parking and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and the beach. Great TVs and Wifi, clean kitchen and immaculate bathrooms. Our host Sara was prompt and friendly in all communications – and proactively helpful in helping us cope with a canceled flight at the end of our stay. It was an excellent stay.

Sara’s communication was great. Lots of amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, spices in the kitchen and a great kitchen with pans and dishes as well. It was a good location. About half way between the north and south side of the island. Sara had many recommendations of local places and excursions as well. Very welcoming.

Our family loved being in the harbour, this is a great place. It is clean, newly remodeled, appliances are new and nice. The beds are comfy. My favorite spot was sitting out on the balcony watching boats come and go from the bay. I don't remember seeing in the listing but there are a lot of stairs to get up to the condo, just keep that in mind. At the same time it's a great condo. Check in vibe is very hotel esk, but once you get into your condo it's heaven. There was always a parking spot. In a nice spot in Kauai. Can't wait to come back!

Great stay! highly recommend Sarah’s place. It has everything you will ever need on your trip and more. It is central to visit other towns in Kauai, beach is a five minute walk away. Also, there are chairs, coolers, and an umbrella. Will book again!

Really nice spot with plenty of space for our family. Walking distance to a few good places and a beach and great central location on the island. We had a great time, wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved everything about Sara & Keith’s place. It was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the airport and within walking distance to Kalapaki Beach, as well as offering great restaurants and coffee shops. Sara was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with an incredible view ! My family and i really enjoyed the 3 balcony’s and how close it was to the beach. If im ever in Kauai again I’d DEFINITELY rebook Sara’s lovely home 🤙🏼😊
